The group was formed by the Belgian producers Phil Wilde and Jean-Paul DeCoster, formerly of AB Logic. They were looking to form a group to perform some of their songs.
The vocalists in the group, Ray Slijngaard and Anita Doth, were born in Amsterdam, Holland.
Rapper Slijngaard and singer Doth had both worked with rapper Marvin D., who introduced them to Wilde and DeCoster.
