Two years after their "Keisha and Becky" collaboration, Russ Millions reunites with Tion Wayne for another cold joint. This time they pay tribute to an English girl called Fiona and an African girl named Adeola, who has a body shaped like a Coca-Cola bottle.
The pair continue to talk about their admiration for women and their sex lives throughout the rest of the track. They also threaten their opps and boast about their newfound fame and riches following their success with "Keisha & Becky."
Gotcha Bxtch supplied the bass-thumping beat. The producer also came up with the instrumentation for both "Keisha & Becky" and Russ' breakthrough single "Gun Lean." Gotcha Bxtch explained to The Guardian that his production for "Body" has the "same tempo that Russ likes to jump on, but it had a few more elements like strings and vocals that really brought it out. But I would say a lot of the funness, the vibe is mainly from the artists."
