This was originally recorded by LA band Fear for their 1982 LP, The Record, which is recorded as a classic album of the 1980s California hardcore punk scene. Megadeth frontman explained to Radio.com why they wanted to do their own version. "I think it's a timely cover because our foreign policy is as effective as a puppy," he said. "If I was in a position of political power, I'd do things differently. There's other countries that have other things that work for them, and I probably would want to see what makes each country great."
