This ballad finds Matty Healy singing of a dying relationship where he no longer fancies his romantic partner. However, the thought of the girl with another lover still affects him.
The song has a similar theme to "A Change of Heart," which is also about a low point in a relationship. In that instance Healy tells his girlfriend: "You used to have a face straight out of a magazine. Now you just look like anyone."
The song was officially premiered as Zane Lowe's World Record on Beats Radio 1 on February 15, 2016.
