"He hasn't yet, so you're like, 'S--t, should I just do it myself?' You don't know how he feels though. It's this weird tension. When that move does happen, it's the most magical and pure feeling in the world. That's something we can all relate to."
The playful video starts with a shot of Michaels and a love interest sharing a tender moment before she jumps into the pop song. The rest of the clip alternates between Michaels and her beau enjoying each other's company and the singer twisting around on a bed as she sings about not being able to control her emotions.
The song came from an actual experience that Michaels had with a guy. She told the BBC: "I really wanted him to make the move. Like, desperate for it. And we were both so nervous."
