Riton is Henry Smithson, an electronica DJ and musician from Newcastle upon Tyne in the north of England. The name Riton is French slang for "Henry." Riton has worked with Mark Ronson, co-producing his Uptown Special track "Daffodils" and touring with him on the 2014 Back To Back tour.
Riton spent half a year holed up in an isolated studio above a dumpling factory in New York recording new music. This techno-infused house anthem was the first song to emerge from those sessions. It features vocals from Lagos, Nigeria based vocalist Kah-lo.
