This song is about a game of Russian Roulette and how the madness of it is what draws in the player, even though a fear of death is very real. Satan is choosing his next victim in this deadly game.

This album has some other tracks influenced by Satanic rituals or the occult, notably "Bad Omen," "The Conjuring," and "Good Mourning/Black Friday."

Fittingly, this is the last song on the album. All of the original tracks on Peace Sells... But Who's Buying? were written by Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine.
