Malone is joined by G-Eazy and YG who both rap verses on the same theme of superficial women. While this was Post's first collaboration with both artists, G-Eazy and YG previously hooked up together on the latter's "FDT (F--- Donald Trump) – Pt 2."

The track was produced by former DJ Mustard collaborator DJ Swish who has worked with YG on a number of his songs including "FDT." According to Swish the song had been in the works for two years before its release.
