The Nashville based Christian rap duo GRITS comprise rappers Stacy "Coffee" Jones and Teron "Bonafide" Carter. Their name is an acronym, which stands for "Grammatical Revolution In The Spirit." GRITS have a long list of credits in their career, including a Billboard Video Award, 6 Dove Awards and 2 Grammy nominations.
This song features Grammy and Dove Award winning artist TobyMac. Both Coffee and Bonafide were at one time dancers for TobyMac's former group, DC Talk.
This song has a long list of film and TV credits since it's inclusion on GRITS 2002 release The Art of Translation and then again on the duo's 2007 Greatest Hits double disc compilation, The Greatest Grits.
