June Pointer sang lead on this song about a woman who wants to meet up with a guy who she's completely taken with. Unfortunately, she can't get him to approach her because of his shyness.

This was written by Tom Snow and Cynthia Weil. Snow wrote a lot of music for movies, including "Let's Hear It For The Boy" from Footloose. Weil wrote many famous songs with her husband Barry Mann, including "You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'."
