Where Them Girls At (feat. Nicki Minaj & Flo Rida)

This is the first single by the French house music producer and DJ David Guetta from his fifth studio album. He premiered the track as part of a DJ set at during a street carnival in the beach resort of Salvador in Brazil. The song includes vocals from Flo Rida and Nicki Minaj.

Guetta got Flo Rida on board for this song as a result of their dual success on "Club Can't Handle Me," as the rapper wanted to return the favor. However, when Guetta wanted to add an extra twist by featuring Minaj as well, she was initially less than thrilled as she wanted to concentrate on her own recordings. The French producer recalled to MTV News that he met the New York MC: "I was gonna play records, but she said, 'You know, you should know that I wanna do a solo record. I don't want to be with somebody else.' So I said, 'OK, no problem. Can I just play you that record?' And that record is so big that it's undeniable. And she was like, 'OK, I'll do that last one.' And it's a major record!"

After hackers stole an unfinished version of the song, added their own touches, then leaked it online, Guetta was forced to release the official track ahead of schedule. The French DJ responded to the illegal act by hiring an expert who works with security for the Pentagon to find the criminals and help bring them to justice.
