Did You Know?

Interesting facts and trivia about No Long Talk. By Songfacts®.

"No long talk'" is a Jamaican patois phrase used by those of West Indian heritage in the UK. It is an expression of frustration aimed at someone who talks too much. Drake's entire verse is filled with references to British street culture.

London grime MC Giggs spits the second verse. It represents the first of two appearances that he makes on More Life. (He features on "KMT" as well). His contributions follow several support slots on Drake's Boy Meets World tour.

That's OVO affiliate Baka Not Nice on the intro. He also voiced the outro on the previous track "Free Smoke." Baku is a long-time friend of Drake, who embarked on a music career with the OVO head honcho's help after being released from jail in 2015. He performed next to Dreezy on his Boy Meets World tour in Europe.
