This is the second single from Canadian teenage singer Justin Bieber's debut album, My Time.
Bieber told MTV News that he hopes that the song's message gets out to those who need it. "I think it's important that these girls have something," he said. "So there can be one less lonely girl."
The song's music video was shot in Nashville and was directed by Roman White (the man behind Taylor Swift's VMA winning " You Belong With Me" clip).
