Aitch (birth name Harrison Armstrong) is an English rapper from Northern Manchester. His performing moniker comes from the "H" in his first name.

This song was released as the lead single from the rapper's debut album AitcH2O. It finds Aitch confidently laying down his trademark tongue-twisting flows with a cheeky grin. Barely pausing for a breath, he lays his rhymes down at relentless pace over WhYJay's bass-heavy sonics.

"Taste" became Aitch's first solo charting hit in the UK, following Top 20 collaborations with Bugzy Malone ("Kilos"), Young T & Bugsey ("Strike a Pose") and his contribution to the remix of Russ & Tion Wayne's "Keisha and Becky."
