Starley Hope is a singer from Sydney, Australia, who comes from a mixed cultural background of Australian and Mauritian. After a number of years where she struggled to make an impact, Starley first tasted some notoriety when she supplied guest vocals on Odd Mob's "Into You," which topped the ARIA Club Tracks chart for seven weeks in 2016.
This reflection of support for a loved one is Starley's debut solo single. The Australian co-wrote the song with New Zealand hip-hop DJ and producer P-Money, who has had two #1 singles in his home country – "Stop The Music" in 2004 and "Everything" in 2008. However P-Money is best known for his collaborations with the rapper Scribe including the 2003 smash hit "Not Many."
P-Money also produced the song together with Starley's Odd Mob chums.
