Here, Pop Smoke and frequent collaborator Lil Tjay graphically describe their bedroom intimacy with their women. The song title alludes to the "mood swings" of Pop's girlfriend when she realizes the rapper is making love to her without a condom.
Bronx MC Lil Tjay was Pop Smoke's most frequent rapping partner during his lifetime. Their best known collaboration was Tjay's State of Emergency track "Zoo York," which peaked at #65 on the Hot 100.
Smoke and Tjay wrote the song along with the track's producers, Beat Menace (6ix9ine's "Billy") and Dizzy Banko (Lil Wayne's "Bloody Mary"). Beat Menace and Dizzy Banks first began working together in 2018 after connecting during a Dave East studio session.
