This song is the first single from German Industrial metal band Rammstein's sixth album, Liebe Ist Für Alle Da.
The song is a satirical take on German sex tourism and it features the German band singing overtly sexual lyrics in English.
The song's music video was helmed by renowned Swedish director Jonas Åkerlund, whose resume includes videos for Madonna (five videos including the Grammy winning "Ray of Light" and "Celebration"), U2 ("Beautiful Day") and Lady Gaga ("Paparazzi"). Its hardcore pornographic content stirred up a lot of controversy and was banned by video sharing services. This did not prevent it becoming one of the most viewed music videos of the year.
