The K-pop group penned the sultry song with Swedish songwriter Ali Payami (Taylor Swift's "...Ready For It?," The Weeknd's "Can't Feel My Face"). Payami also produced the track.

Monsta X performed the song live for the first time on December 7, 2019 at the B96 Pepsi Jingle Bash in Chicago.
