Swedish Black Metal

Swedish Black Metal is a subgenre of extreme metal music that originated in Sweden in the early 1990s. It is characterized by its fast tempos, shrieking vocals, heavily distorted guitars, and dark, often Satanic lyrical themes. The genre is heavily influenced by traditional heavy metal, thrash metal, and death metal, as well as by the Norwegian black metal scene.
