Arizona Punk

Arizona Punk is a genre of punk rock music that originated in the state of Arizona in the late 1970s and early 1980s. It is characterized by its fast, aggressive sound and its DIY ethic. The genre is heavily influenced by the punk rock of the West Coast, particularly the Los Angeles punk scene, but also incorporates elements of hardcore punk, surf rock, and garage rock.
