Nueva Ola Chilena

Nueva Ola Chilena is a Chilean music genre that emerged in the late 1950s and early 1960s. It is characterized by its use of traditional Chilean folk instruments, such as the charango, quena, and ronroco, as well as its incorporation of Latin American rhythms and melodies. It is often referred to as the "Chilean Wave" and is considered to be the first modern Chilean music genre.
