This song featuring vocals by Swedish teenage songbird Zara Larsson was released on May 13, 2016 as the Official Song of UEFA Euro 2016. The football tournament took place in Guetta's native France. Guetta and Larsson performed the single during the opening and closing ceremonies of the competition.
The song was made with the help of fans from around the world through a special online app. More than one million people were recorded singing parts of the tune and these recordings are featured on the track.
Guetta wrote the song with the collaboration of: Dutch producer Giorgio Tuinfort, who has worked with Gwen Stefani ("The Sweet Escape") and Nelly ("Body On Me.") Dutch dance music producer and DJ Afrojack whose collaboration with Pitbull "Give Me Everything (Tonight)" topped charts all over the world. American singer-songwriter Ester Dean, whose resume includes US #1 hits for Rihanna ("Rude Boy," "What's My Name?") and Katy Perry ("Firework") Danish producer Thomas Troelsen, who previously worked on Pitbull's official anthem for the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil "We Are One (Ole Ola)." Afrojack and Giorgio Tuinfort previously collaborated on Guetta's "Titanium" and Afrojack, Giorgio Tuinfort and Ester Dean worked together on Guetta's "Hey Mama."
