And then there's that moment when you question everything, "'Does two plus two really equal five?" Rodrigo is made to believe she's the love of his life even when it's obvious he's playing games. In the outro, Rodrigo assigns herself some of the blame for not ending it.

Rodrigo recorded "Logical" for her second album, Guts. Both this song and the record's lead single, "Vampire," are about Rodrigo being gaslit by an older man.
