There have been many songs written about or referencing London, including Gerry Rafferty's classic "Baker Street." The real Baker Street is but a stone's throw from Bond Street, but this "Bond Street" was not inspired by its namesake. The instrumental was written by Burt Bacharach, and appears on the soundtrack of the 1967 film Casino Royale, which is of course an early James Bond feature. Originally it was called "Home James, Don't Spare the Horses," but was rearranged and retitled.
