On this song Axl Rose has a dig at a girl who he feels let him down. The initials of the four words that make up the title are an indication of his feelings towards his ex. The Guns N' Roses vocalist may or may not be referring to former partners Erin Everly and/or Stephanie Seymour both of whom filed lawsuits against Rose after parting of their ways.
