Waiting For Love

This single features production and songwriting co-signs by Dutch DJ Martin Garrix and uncredited vocals from Simon Aldred, who also helped pen the song and is the lead singer of rock band Cherry Ghost. The lyrics suggest that as long as there's love in this world, any obstacle can be overcome. In the singer's darkest hour, a spark of hope re-ignites his passion for life as he's determined to wait for love.

The song was first unveiled at Ultra Music Festival in late March 2015 both by Avicii and Martin Garrix.

Avicii worked with the French animation collective Blackmeal to create the song's charming lyric video. It took a team of six animators to create the nearly four-minute clip, which explores the relationship between a boy and his dog.
