Best known for his role of Grey Worm in the TV series Game Of Thrones, Raleigh Ritchie is also a singer-songwriter signed to Columbia Records. This song from his second EP, Black and Blue became a hit single in the UK thanks to an MJ Cole remix which featured in promotions for the new TV channel ITV Encore.
Raleigh Ritchie's real name is Jacob Anderson. His 'Raleigh Ritchie' performing moniker was inspired by Bill Murray and Luke Wilson's characters in Wes Anderson's The Royal Tenenbaums.
The song's music clip shows Ritchie getting blown off a park bench by a strong wind. He told Billboard magazine: "The 'Stronger Than Ever' video was a lot of fun cause I got to fly on wires and stuff. I think we used the wires that they used on one of the Superman movies! It was cool. It really hurts your ribs. They don't tell you that."
