Seattle-born-and-raised singer-songwriter Jaymes Young (birth name Jaymes McFarland), crafts R&B-flavored pop songs sprinkled with an electro feel. When the 14-year-old Jaymes picked up his mom's classical, nylon-string guitar, he was quickly hooked. From that moment, Young wanted to become a musician, and after relocating to Los Angeles, he signed a recording contract with Atlantic Records. "Infinity" is a track from his debut album, Feel Something.
This is a romantic love song where Young proclaims his total devotion to his lover. He tells her she is his "paradise," his soul aches for hers, and he feels blessed that fate chose her to be his partner. Ultimately, he hopes their love lasts forever – for "infinity."
Young co-wrote "Infinity" with Canadian producer Billboard (Mathieu Jomphe-Lépine). His other credits include Kesha's "Cannibal," Robyn's "Call Your Girlfriend," and Britney Spears' "Hold It Against Me."
