The lead single from the Rich Gang 2 album is the first ever collaboration between Lil Wayne and Young Thug. Thugger has made it clear in a number of interviews that he considers Weezy to be the inspiration for his music career and he hopes to carry on the New Orleans' rapper's legacy.
The song features Wayne and Thug sounding similar to one another as they defend their girlfriends and promise to take 'kare' of them. The use of a closely identical cadence serves as the passing of the metaphorical torch from Lil Wayne to Young Thug.
The melodic, piano-filled beat was supplied by Young Thug's frequent collaborator, London on Da Track.
