This song is a tribute to Bert Berns, an American songwriter and producer who died in 1967. The song is a combination of 2 different Blues songs Berns wrote in the mid-'60s.
Led Zeppelin recorded this for their first album, but it was not released until Coda, a collection of outtakes which came out after the band stopped recording. Many of Led Zeppelin's studio leftovers were being bootlegged anyway, which is why they released Coda.
