This is a track from Cass County, Don Henley's first country solo album. Henley named the LP after the area where he was raised. He explained: "I'm a Southerner and a Texan. It's who I am and where I come from."
Martina McBride lends her voice to this uptempo duet about a woman who tries to reach out to her old lover. Henley told interviewer Beverly Keel during the CMA Music Festival that he has always been a fan of McBride's voice, and was glad to have her on the project.
