This is about the movie The Exorcist: "I'd love it if you spinned your head for me or vomit a beautiful pea soup green." The band gets their inspiration from horror movies like Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Shining, Phantasm, and Night Of The Living Dead. The album title is also a play on a movie title: the 1970 Russ Meyer film Beyond the Valley of the Dolls. They weren't the first to work this movie into an album title, and The Go-Go's named their 1994 compilation Return to the Valley of the Go-Go's.
The Murderdolls were formed as a side project by Slipknot drummer Joey Jordison and Static X guitarist Tripp Eisen - this song was written by Jordison. They got the idea for the band while touring on Ozzfest in 1999.
