Paramore guitarist Josh Farro quit the band in 2010 along with his brother, sparking a storm of conflicting stories about the reasons for the split. Six years later, he was fronting his own eponymous solo project. This song references Farro's concerns about going solo and being the frontman. He told NME: "I was very hesitant. I grew up playing guitar and everyone told me I should sing, but that was foreign to me. That song's about taking that leap."
