The second single from the Undercover album, "She Was Hot" finds Mick Jagger singing about romantic encounters in New York, Detroit and Chicago. He called it an "on-the-road song," saying at the time of release: "I hate road songs normally but that's your experience so you draw on it."
The racy video featured a redheaded dancer who got the band so excited the zippers flew open on their pants. MTV would not air it, so The Stones supplied an alternate version without the crotch-popping.
Video was shot in Mexico City. The actress who starred in it was Anita Morris. She was also in the movieRuthless People (Mick sang the movie's title song). Sadly, she has passed away from cancer.
