"Gyalchester" is a popular nickname for the Jamaican parish of Manchester. That area is known for having many attractive women, hence the replacement of "Man" with "Gyal" - the patois expression for "woman" or "girl." As Drake loves beautiful women, it makes sense that he would use it to name a song that doesn't mention the actual place at all in the lyrics.
