Long Hard Times To Come (Justified Main Title Theme) [feat. T.O.N.E-z]

"Long Hard Times to Come" was the song that first brought Gangstagrass to the masses, though the band had been around for four years by the time it broke. The tune was the theme song for the FX crime drama Justified, which ran for six seasons from 2010-2015. The show was based on an Elmore Leonard short story titled "Fire in the Hole." Leonard was involved in the creation of the series and was a Gangstagrass fan, hence their invitation to write the theme song. Speaking of the band, Leonard said, "Rench and his friends have done nothing short of creating a new form of music. Gangstagrass takes two types of music that are opposites and mixes them together brilliantly in a way that is natural and enjoyable."

As with all of Gangstagrass' music, the song combines rap with bluegrass. The rapper T.O.N.E-z guests on this one.
