This ode to shoes is the title track and first single from Australian R&B singer and Australian Idol runner-up Jessica Mauboy's second studio album. Her label sent the song to radio on September 17, 2010 and it was released digitally the same day.
DJ/producer Shondrae Crawford, aka Bangladesh produced the song, which features American rapper Snoop Dogg.
Mauboy told radio station Nova 93.7, "it's about gettting ready and going out with your girlfriends and feeling sexy."
