To quote the main Living End website, this song is about "A conversation between two guys about one of their ex-girlfriends. A cheap trampy girl that's not worth the hassle. You know the type!"

This single was released a few months before the album. The song was an instant hit, and helped stage The Living End's rapid comeback after lead singer Chris Cheney's car accident.
