First Time

M-22 is a British-German DJ and producer duo consisting of Matt James and Frank Sanders. The duo first met on March 22, 2015, hence their stage name.

This song finds M-22 hooking up with Danish electropop singer Medina, who has a double-figure total of #1 singles in her native country. She is best known for her song "Kun for mig," which was the best-selling single of 2009 in Denmark. An English version of "Kun for mig", titled "You and I", was later released, which peaked at 39 in the United Kingdom and reached the top 10 in several European countries including Germany and Bulgaria.

"First Time" was released by 3 Beat Records on December 2017. It slowly climbed the UK singles chart becoming M-22's first and Medina's second UK Top 40 hit in the spring of the following year.
