R City's Theron Thomas explained this track's meaning to The Boombox: "The song is about how you have this girl that you love and your woman drives you crazy but she does it because she wants to make up." His brother Timothy Thomas added: "Because the sex is better. The passion is there." Theron continued: "Yeah, the passion is there. The way that we did it and flipped it, to me, we still feel it's innocent to the ears, it's still there."
The song features Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Chloe Angelides. Her writing credits include Nicki Minaj's Pinkprint duet with Ariana Grande, "Get on Your Knees," Jessie J's "Burnin' Up" and Tinashe's "Player."
