This was the follow-up to the hit single "Pump Up The Jam." It's a "get up and dance" type of song with a very similar beat to Technotronic's first hit. This smoothed-out dance music was very popular at the time, with acts like Black Box and C+C Music Factory also getting in on the action. The song was written by the group's beatmaker Jo Bogaert and their female vocalist Manuela Kamosi, who went by "Ya Kid K."
The song was successful in many countries, topping the chart in Belgium, Finland, Spain and Switzerland.
