This song finds Atlanta rapper V.I.C. telling the ladies what he'd like them to do on the dance-floor. He is aided by the production of Michael "Mr. Collipark" Crooms, who contributes a Congo drum/horn section brew.

The song features Atlanta's V-103 radio personality Frank Ski on the intro and bridge, but he isn't credited as a featured artist.

This debuted at #94 on the US Billboard Hot 100 on January 7, 2012, three and a half years after the song's release in July 2008. The surge in interest for the tune was because of a dance that was created for it.
