Miles Kane is an English musician who is best known as the co-frontman of The Last Shadow Puppets and former vocalist and lead guitarist of The Rascals. This is the second single from his debut solo album, Color of the Trap.
Kane explained to the NME how John Lennon inspired this song: "Initially it had this glam rock beat," he said, it was very Kasabian. But I'd been listening to Plastic Ono Band loads because I love the drum sound, with the tea towel over the snare. So I tried that and it just simplified it, made it more sexy."
The official video was directed by Dan Sully and filmed at a studio in North London called the Mile Way club. It features a seedy-looking Kane glaring moodily at model Daisy Lowe, who is a close friend of the musician.
