MFC - Live at Alpine Valley Music Theatre, East Troy, WI - June 1998

MFC stands for "Mini Fast Car." It was inspired by the small cars the band encountered in and around Rome. In the Seattle Times, Eddie Vedder said: "They've got really small wheels, it's amazing how fast they can go. It's kinda like me, yeah (laughing)."

Pearl Jam's fifth album, Yield, was one where Eddie Vedder's bandmates got more involved in the songwriting, but "MFC" was written entirely by Eddie, music and lyrics.
