This Blueprint 3 track features Canadian rapper Drake and is produced by Timbaland, a frequent contributor to previous Jay-Z albums.
This song accuses conservative talk-show host, Bill O'Reilly, who is a noted hip-hop hater, along with right-wing radio host Rush Limbaugh of stirring up racist sentiments. A day after it leaked on the internet, O'Reilly played the song on a segment of his show titled Reality Check, highlighting the lyrics in question. "A regular Otis Redding, isn't he," O'Reilly commented, sighing, before moving on.
Drake did the chorus but didn't contribute any verses. Timbaland told MTV News that he wasn't sure why there no Drake rhymes on the song. He said: "You gotta ask him. It should have been [on there]. But I thought, to me, we took [Drake] out of his element. But he said that was good to him. I said, 'Oh, s---, let's go back and get him in the verse.' But that ain't my project. If it was up to me to redo it, I'd redo it that way."
