Little Mix's Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock wrote the song with regular collaborator MNEK. Lauren Aquilina (Plested's "Beautiful & Brutal," Rina Sawayama's "Lucid") and Sakima (Regard's "You," Benny Benassi and Jeremih's "Lovelife") also contributed to the writing. Morcheeba's Skye, Ross Godfrey and Paul Godfrey get writing credits too, as it samples their 2000 track "Love Sweet Love."
