This track with echoing sound effects was written by Heap in Japan during an extended round the world writing trip. She told The Sunday Times August 16, 2009 that the song was inspired "by having beautiful Japanese women around me, and feeling pasty and saggy, and not having had any time to exercise for the past five years, and catching a glimpse of myself in the mirror."
This song features the sounds of Heap's own body, including a snare drum derived from a sample of the singer-songwriter slapping her bare buttocks. She told The Sunday Herald August 29, 2009 that this was done in the studio, alone, in the middle of the night, while giggling at the absurdity of it. Said Heap: "It was 4am, I was on my own with my pants down and I couldn't stop laughing, but I did get a few good slaps in between all the laughter. I originally put one slap in the track, but then thought I need more arse slaps', so I recorded lots more."
