Co-written with lead guitarist and future husband Len Tuckey, this is another of Quatro's autobiographical songs. The title is self-explanatory, although it contrasts sharply with "Sometimes Love Is Letting Go," which was also inspired by her mother, but the two songs are separated by more than three decades. Helen Quatro died in 1991, and was obviously a big influence in her life. Quatro's autobiography, Unzipped, is dedicated to her.
