Kittie drummer Mercedes Lander wrote the lyric to this track from the band's sixth album. Her sister, the band's frontwoman Morgan Lander, tells us the song relates to the proverbial "sacrificial lamb." She says it's about "being sacrificed for something that you love, or someone that you know that made that sacrifice in order to allow you to carry on."
