This electro hip-hop track finds Iggy Azalea discussing her independence and self-confidence. Motivated by a period where the Australian found herself having to deal with a bandwagon of haters, she raps about looking out for yourself and being your own biggest cheerleader.
Azalea penned the tune with the songwriting pair of Lauren Christy and Bebe Rexha (G-Eazy's "Me, Myself & I"). The cut was produced by Los Angeles-based collective D.R.U.G.S., who also handled Azalea's 2011 breakthrough mixtape Ignorant Art.
Azalea borrows her flow on the bridge from Juvenile's 1999 hit "Back That Thang Up." Iggy's rhymes are different, but she interpolates the melody from Juvenile's opening bars.
